There are two exams that students can take to meet the admission requirements for universities that require entrance exams: ACT and SAT. The ACT is a required test for all Wisconsin juniors, so that is the entrance exam that most mid-western students will submit (if required). BC juniors will take the Practice ACT in January of their junior year (Monday the 6th for your class!) to prepare for the State ACT in March of their junior year. No outside registration is required for the Practice ACT or the State ACT; all pre-registration will take place at BC. We recommend that students check with the universities that they are applying to to verify admission requirements. A number of institutions are test-optional, meaning students are not required to submit an entrance exam score to be considered for admission. Visit this link for a list of test-optional schools.
