Parchment.com is the website that we ask all of our students to utilize when sending their transcript - it is a quick, efficient, and secure way to send your transcript to the person or institution that is requiring it.
Most commonly, students use Parchment.com to send their transcripts to universities they are applying to, and to the NCAA Eligibility Clearinghouse if they are planning to participate in athletics in college.
How to order a transcript
Go to BC’s Student Services webpage
Scroll to “Quick Links”
Find and click on the “Order Records” graphic for Parchment.com
Sign into your “Existing User” account, or create a “New Learner” account
Provide your consent and request your transcript from Brookfield Central High School
*There is another Brookfield Central High School in New York, so please be sure that you are adding Brookfield Central High School in Brookfield, Wisconsin
Select the destination for your transcript to be sent to
If you are requesting your final transcript to be sent to the university you will be attending, request your transcript during your 4th term of your senior year and select “Hold for grades”; your transcript will be sent to your university after final grades are posted.
When selecting the destination for your transcript, please be sure that you are selecting "Undergraduate" and not "Graduate" to avoid any delays in your destination receiving your transcript.
