Military Bound

The United States Military trains enlistees to protect the interests of our country. Enlistees not only receive a competitive salary and job training, they will also experience opportunities for travel and career advancement. Students interested in the military can join one of five branches: Air Force & Space Force, Army, Marines, Navy, or Coast Guard. The National Guard and Reserves are additional options for students wishing to involve themselves in the military. Students enrolled in college who choose to enter the Reserves Officers Training Corps (ROTC) will enter the military as officers. Students who have earned a high GPA and high test scores can apply to one of the five military academies. The application process is highly competitive and should be submitted in the spring of junior year. 

BC frequently hosts military recruiters during the three lunch periods. Please see Ms. Ferschl in Student Services to inquire about dates and times if you are interested. 

Students interested in the military are required to take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB). Please visit or contact the Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS)  in Milwaukee to schedule your exam.
