Objectives: Students will review and understand the course syllabus and class expectations. Students will learn to research and discuss the characteristics and creative process of several established painters.

Assessments: Students will complete an Inspired artist worksheet. Students must finish a completed draft of their painting that will be assessed by the instructor.
