I can construct a proportional grid and draw my enlarged subject on my final paper. I can observe subtle changes in light, color, textures, and surfaces. I can observe how light, shadow, distance, and angle of viewing affect sight. I can differentiate between Highlight, Mid-tones, and Shadows in the context of a value drawing. I will learn about and practice applying different drawing styles (Contour Lines, Straight Lines, Side of Pencil, Rounded Scribbles, Cross Hatching, Pointillism) to a self portrait
