Objectives: Students will learn about The language and application of film. Students will investigate the 6 act story film structure, and comment on how film exemplifies, explores, and subverts traditional story structure. I can Identify films that express a big idea or theme. I can explain effects that details of an film, such as Story, Sound, Editing, Color, Lighting, as well as Camera shots, angles and techniques. I can explain the ways that the subject matter and context create meaning.
