1. Filter the list of Jobs from oldest date by Created Date in the Pending jobs list

2. Check the Job Type

   • Solar

   • Rework

3. Check the Tags to view the ones that may need immediate scheduling:

   • Job started need to complete

   • Material order

4. Check the Location, group

5. Check notes for any additional work

6. Check Material Availability

7. Check the use of Ladder

We will be allowing 3.6 hrs per KW (kilowat) to install, as a target.

3.6 x 6.6kw system = 23.76 hrs total divide by number of guys on site (3) = 8hrs (Target)

Solar Commercial 12kw +

We will be allowing 2 hrs per KW (kilowat) to install, as a target.

2 x 16 kw system = 32 hrs total divide by number of guys on site (3) = 10.66hrs (Target)

Where possible schedule scott + 3, gives the opportunity to check other jobs as well as train a new team member
