First thing in the morning sort Progress Jobs by date and remove/ reschedule jobs not scheduled
Look at the location of the job and age of the job try and group jobs together
Division of work (Servicing, Construction, Energy efficiency, Inspections, Solar, heat pumps)
What the materials and notes say
Write in the job confirmation date, attendance confirmed with, date and time for job
Any time there is a long weekend, holidays we need to remind the customers of our booking
