First thing in the morning sort Progress Jobs by date and remove/ reschedule jobs not scheduled
Look at the location of the job and age of the job try and group jobs together
What the materials and notes say
Write in the job confirmation date, attendance confirmed with, date and time for job
Any time there is a long weekend, holidays we need to remind the customers of our booking
Do not book jobs with tag awaiting solar vic approval, if the have called check portal and confirm, advise VA’s to create job if required

Our electricians are doing a job just before going to your site, so they will be arriving between ____ and __________ . (Give an hour in between)
If asked for a definite time:
Unfortunately, we can only give a window as the electricians have a job before yours so sometimes we encounter challenges and there are times we finish earlier.
