• First thing in the morning sort Progress Jobs by date and remove/ reschedule jobs not scheduled

• Look at the location of the job and age of the job try and group jobs together

• What the materials and notes say

• Write in the job confirmation date, attendance confirmed with, date and time for job

• Any time there is a long weekend, holidays we need to remind the customers of our booking

• Do not book jobs with tag awaiting solar vic approval, if the have called check portal and confirm, advise VA’s to create job if required
