Workers issued with O'Brien Plumbing Rowvile's property are required to maintain it in a satisfactory condition and
account for such items as and when required.

Such property would include uniforms, technical manuals, keys, tools & equipment, test instruments etc.
Any worker leaving The Business will be required to return, in good condition, all Business property on issue.
Any damage to tools or equipment due to unforeseen circumstances, or on a worn-out basis shall be reported to management immediately, so it can be replaced for future use for you and your work colleagues.
All workers will be required to sign a document confirming the receipt of Business property i.e.; keys, tools, literature and alike.
If tools are stolen from a vehicle, a police report needs to be filed. Contact the police as soon as possible after discovery of stolen property. Provide the police with the information they request, and notify the office or supervisor as soon as possible. The police will provide you with an incident number, which is required to complete insurance claims quickly.
Materials stripped out from sites like copper, old lights, switch gear and the like remains the property of O'Brien Plumbing Rowville. Taking anything from any work site without permission from the management is classified as theft.
