State law requires school districts to annually inform parents of students with life-threatening allergies or life-threatening chronic illnesses of the applicable provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and other applicable federal statutes, state statutes, federal regulations and state rules. If you have a student that has a life-threatening allergy or life-threatening chronic illness, please notify the program and building principal. An individual healthcare plan or an 504 plan may be needed to outline protocol in maintaining a safe learning environment for the student. Any allergies should be noted in the Sub Folder and posted in the classroom as well.
