Homeless 

Homeless children are not required to have residency, guardianship, birth certificate or health record on file.  If a parent/guardian needs assistance with obtaining these items please contact Laura Dunn, Parent Coordinator, as she will be happy to help.  Please make note of the homeless status on the child file checklist when noting missing required items.   Project HELP Mission Statement must be visibly posted in each classroom.
