ALL Project HELP students must be entered in SIS (Student Information System) as a part of the PFA grant accountability and reporting requirements. Each school district must enter the required Early Childhood Information. The Project HELP Teacher must work closely with their district SIS data entry person to ensure that all data elements are captured and entered correctly on behalf of each Project HELP student upon enrollment. SIS Data changes went in place for the the 2017-2018 school year have been updated on the SIS form below. The required fields are included in the form below.
Below is a sample screen that has been started for a Project HELP student. Data for the items with a green band next to them can be found on the Parent Interview Sheet (green sheet) that is housed in the child's file.
Definitions for each of the required data elements are listed below. Please reference the chart when in doubt to ensure that each child's data is being accurately reflected within SIS.
