To be cleared for athletic participation, a student must have a current physical dated after May 1, 2024. That physical must be uploaded into an on-line registration which can be completed at HOMECAMPUS.COM
Your on-line registration status must say "PENDING" in order for it to be processed and moved to "CLEARED."
