Cole Hikutini is a tight end that played football for both the NFL and UFL, on teams like the San Francisco 49ers and the Michigan Panthers. While at Pleasant Grove, Cole was a two-way player for the Eagles. During his senior year, he completed 27 receptions for 536 yards, scored 6 touchdowns, and received All-Delta River League honors as a defensive back as well. After high school, Cole went to Sacramento State with a football scholarship before transferring to San Francisco City College. At San Francisco, he completed 40 receptions for 658 yards and was an All-American player. After his Freshman year at SFCC, Cole transferred to Louisville. While at Louisville, Cole was Offensive Player of the Year and earned all ACC First team honors. During Cole's Louisville career, he competed alongside 2-time NFL MVP Lamar Jackson, where he led the team in receptions (50 catches) and touchdowns (8). He also was tied for the second most yards (668 yards) before suffering a knee injury in the Citrus Bowl vs the LSU Tigers. After college, Cole was signed to the San Francisco 49ers. Over 6 years, Cole has played for the San Francisco 49ers, the Minnesota Vikings, the Dallas Cowboys, and the New York Giants. Cole is currently a tight end for the Michigan Panthers in the United States Football League (USFL), where they started 6 games with a total of 21 receptions for 239 yards (5 touchdowns). He has re-signed with the Michigan Panthers for the 2025 season.
