Steps for Taking Attendance
Follow the steps below to take attendance on ASAP.
Log in to your ASAP account and view the dashboard.
On the dashboard on ASAP, click on "Classes."
Find your designed class and then click on it.
Once you are on your class, click on "More Options." Then, click "Take Attendance."
Click "Specify Date Range" on the calendar for the course.
Then, click on the ellipses symbol (i.e., "...") on the top right-hand corner of the attendance dashboard.
You can mark individual students present or absent or click "mark all present" if all students are present. You can also
Steps for Managing CASAS on ASAP 4
Log in to your ASAP account and view the dashboard.
On the dashboard on ASAP, click on "Classes."
Find your designed class and then click on it.
Then, click on the ellipses symbol (i.e., "...") on the top right-hand corner of the classes page for "more options." Then, click on "Manage CASAs TOPS."
Next, you have a number of options at this point. You can manage goals, enter test scores, instructional level entry record, or click on Master TOPs update.
The Master TOPs allows you to update more students at once.
