Complete the form below to make a PD request. Your request will be reviewed each week at the administration meeting. Once reviewed you will receive confirmation from Matt, Lauri or Kate that it has been approved or denied.

You are required to book yourself into the course once approved. Upon booking, you are to notify the school of payment processes.
