Positive Engagement Support Services:

• data analysis (type, frequency, severity, periods etc)

• refine SWPES Tier 1 and 2 systems, documentation and training

• build staff capacity in the 4 functions of behaviour 

• train staff on Compass reporting for behaviour/engagement/wellbeing referrals

• promote and support staff to develop a BSP for all students

• monitor and lead Intensive Interaction PLC

• whole school implementation and training (PTR, Team Teach)

• supporting the development of school-wide 'Discovery' programs by liaising with services, recommending classroom teaching equipment, classroom strategies, planning, environment, observation and feedback.

• member of the IST steering committee

• Oversee and support the allocation of referrals to sub-committees (Physical Health, Intensive Interaction, Capabilities)
