Below you will find a powerpoint that we will work through together as a class. We will also learn to play this song on a harmonic instrument during the class to get a practical understanding of the song in context.
After working through the powerpoint presentation, you will be required to complete a short "basic analysis" task as described in the next section of this page.
On Google Classroom you will find an assignment titled "Basic Song Analysis".
For the remainder of this class you are required to select one of the songs below to listen to, and use the template within the assignment.
You will need to identify the following elements within the song:
