Some points from me:
- Please ensure you enter a machine no, asset no or serial no if possible. Most computers will have these visible under a barcode ... staff laptops have stickers underneath... if you have a bar code reader you dont even have to type it in ..
- Please make sure you assign the request to IT technical tasks group. If you dont assign it to anyone, no-one gets an email or notification. If you assign it to the group it may get done quicker.
