Flash issues

Often we get messages like : Your flash player needs updating.

This can occur when for example using SMART data website

Often the easisest fix is to use or test the site on internet explorer.

It may work without complaints there

Google chrome tries not to use flash based sites because Flash is insecure so you may have to specificalluy tell Chrome to allow Flash

The following picture might help if Flash does not work ... Note the URL here is connect.schools.nsw.edu.au. Other sites you want to add will have different URLs eg SMART is https://online.det.nsw.edu.au
