Slide deck

This week we looked at the types of data we collect both at a whole school or systemic level as well as at a student specific or classroom level.

We looked at what is happening in our own schools today as well as what happens with that data once it has been collected.

We looked at some examples of platforms we can use in order to collect data such as Kahoot, Quizlet, MS & Google Forms as well as creating the layout for a form using Canva or MS Word and then turning that document into a digital form using Adobe Acrobat.

This week we looked at Assignments and Assessments. Discussing both formative and summative digital examples. The team presented sharing a canva assessment task out to both Google Classroom and Teams. Canva also has the ability to share a template link and be integrated with many different LMS's.

This week we looked at all of the paper based forms that are used within schools and the scope for turning them digital. A focus was placed upon digital PDP accessed via the portal, the use of Teams and Google approvals processes, ranking forms for voting and digital day books.
