Visualising the noise
Ultrasound is a medical imaging technique used to observe the embryo or fetus inside the womb. Images are created by converting sound waves above the frequency range of human hearing into real-time visual images.
A piezoelectric crystal is compressed by reflected sound waves which produces a potential difference. These electrical signals (information) are converted by a computer into a 2D or 3D image for our human brains to make sense of.
My infographic is an attempt at collecting all of the information I've received and producing a visual representation to help an audience make sense of the relationship between the types of learning that happens throughout inquiry, and the spaces we design to support them.
