Early Years Outreach Officer 

What the Service Does:  The Outreach Officer supports children who have significant and complex Additional Support Needs affecting their development and are not yet deemed to be present, participating, achieving and supported in an Early Learning and Childcare setting. They can facilitate 1:1 home visiting, 'stay and play' group sessions hosted at Sanderson's Wynd Primary School called Kidz Play; they can lead and support planning and with any onward referrals; as well as carry out observations at Early Learning & Childcare settings if appropriate. 

Age Range:  From birth to 3 years  

How to Access:  Places will be allocated by the Early Years Education Resource Group (EY ERG).
