The Family Resources Program aims to connect Eden Prairie students and families with community resources.

You can also reach the Family Resource Specialist in these ways:

  • Call: To talk with someone about your needs, call the Family Resources Program at 952-975-6940 Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 4 pm.

  • Email: Connect with Reta Johnson, the Family Resources Specialist at reta_johnson@edenpr.k12.mn.us.

  • Schedule an Appointment: Appointments are available by request. Contact Reta Johnson at reta_johnson@edenpr.k12.mn.us or 952-975-6940 to schedule a time to meet at a location convenient to you.

  • Visit Us: Visit face-to-face with Reta Johnson, the Family Resources Specialist. Simply stop by the Community Education Office in the Education Center during business hours. The Education Center is located at 8040 Mitchell Road, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.

  • Submit a question or request assistance.

  • For 24/7 assistance, call United Way's 2-1-1 resource referral program by dialing 2-1-1 or 651.291.0211.

Hennepin County Government Resources

COVID-19 Information Line

  • The county has opened its main information line to people impacted by COVID-19.

  • Resources available include help with clothing, financial assistance, grocery and household supplies, medical care and equipment, or medication: Call 612-348-3000.

  • The line is staffed 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.

  • Help is available in different languages.

  • You can also still use this line for other county services.
