Assessment
Test is Week 8
Research/Investigation report: Cultural Knowledge Research Task Tuesday Week 4 8th August
Students will be able to construct accurate models representing the cycles within the Earth-sun-moon system, including the motions and positions of these celestial bodies.
Students will demonstrate an understanding of the cause-and-effect relationship between the cycles in the Earth-sun-moon system and their effects on Earth phenomena, such as the length of day and night, the occurrence of eclipses, and the changing phases of the moon.
Students will be able to effectively communicate their knowledge of the Earth-sun-moon system by explaining the impacts of these cycles on Earth phenomena through written or oral presentations, using appropriate scientific terminology and evidence-based explanations.
