ECG Strategic Plan

The Eagle County Strategic Plan is a two-year process, ending in December 2025. The plan focuses on three areas:

Guiding Principles are at the center of how we accomplish our strategic priorities - Integrity, Transparency, Innovation, Equity and Collaboration

Core Services provided each day to the county’s residents, businesses and visitors - Public Health and Safety, Roads and Transportation and Community Support. The delivery of high quality core services is what makes our strategic priorities possible.

Strategic Goals to help improve the quality of life and success of our community in three key areas: Create a Resilient Economy, Protect our Mountain Ecosystem, and Support Our Workforce

Clicking on the goal status will take you to the goal page, with the status of specific key measures, quarterly video updates from goal leads, and additional opportunities to connect with the goal's implementation team and other interested partners.

Goal and lead measures status are categorized by on track, emerging, and needs attention. The aim is to understand if efforts are on target, are emerging to meet new factors or need attention to complete.
