Select a graphic designer that you would like to learn more about or you find their work interesting.
Design your first slide. This should be much more than a title.
Change your font and font color.
Using the Insert Tab add an animation to at least one object on your slide. It can be text, shapes or an image.
Add a background
Create at least 2 more slides
One with information about your person and a second with images of their work.
Using Google Slides you are going to come up with a "scene" that you are going to use for the background of your animation.
Add additional elements to your scene that you are going to move in your animation - this is different than animating a Google Slides!
Once you have everything you want, right click on your slides and select "duplicate slides."
Move or add things in your second slide
Continue to do this until you have at least 10 slides.
Downloand your Google Slides as a Microsoft PowerPoint
Open in PowerPoint and click enable editing
Go to File > Export > Change File Type >JPEG
This will save all of your slides as individal files
Go to gifmaker.me
Select Upload Files
You can select multiple at once.
You can click and drag to rearrange the order of your slides.
The size is fine, but you can change the speed of your animation if you want.
Click Create GIF
Once the GIF has been created you can download it and add it to your portfolio on a new page.
Don't forget to mark as done in Google Classroom!
