KAAGAPAY in the implementation of Technical Vocational Training Programs through the conduct of
1) Training on Bread and Pastry Production and Culinary Arts,
2) Provision of qualified instructors, training materials, and necessary equipment for the training, and
3) Assessments and Providing Feedback to the residents/participants.
a. Allocate a portion of the City Budget for the augmentation support of Children In Conflict with the Law from the City of San Fernando, La Union, but not limited to payment of 2/3 of the expenses for the care and maintenance of the CICL being referred, transportation assistance to families of CICL when attending quarterly meetings, face-to-face case conferences and other activities/events needing the presence of parents and the LGU Social Worker, and provide logistics for the conduct of online case conferences;
b. Assign a Registered Social Worker to escort the CICL to and from the court during court hearings, in the event that the RRCY Case Manager is unavailable;
c. Provide After-Care Support Services to the CICL and his family for a period of six (6) months and submit an After Care Report to the court and RRCY; and
d. Provide technical and/or material assistance in the conduct of various psychosocial programs and activities such as sports development, culture and arts, spiritual recollection, and other services that aim to improve the psychosocial functioning of a client.
a. KAAGAPAY in the implementation of Sillag iti Biag (a sports clinic and arts workshop designed to give hope to the residents of RRCY).
a. The Ballay National High School shall conduct modular classes for CICL residents enrolled in their Open High School Program.
b. The Ballay National High School faculties shall render time, free of charge in teaching CICL residents at the DSWD-RRCY who are enrolled in the program.
c. The Ballay National High School assigned, or in-charge of the Open high school program shall visit the DSWD-RRCY to conduct modular classes.
d. The DSWD-RRCY and the Ballay National High School shall conduct classes in the classroom type procedure subject to the existing curriculum, guidelines, and policies, teaching procedure, of the DepEd
KAAGAPAY through the implementation of pastoral care by the conduct of Bible studies primarily, and counselling and character reformation secondarily.
KAAGAPAY through the provision of livelihood project for the implementation of Goat Dispersal
Project for the staff.
Provision of trainer for the courses, SMAW NC-I, Carpentry NC II, and Masonry NC II; Provision of training certificates; Provision of training equipment and tools; facilitate the conduct of competency assessment for the trainees; observe Center policies, rules, and regulations in the conduct of the program, and is responsible for the supervision of its trainer while inside the Rehabilitation Center; and extend other assistance necessary to ensure the success of the training program. 1. Recollection and Eucharistic Celebration;
2) Developing a Better Self: A Short Course for Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL);
3) Provision of supplies and materials for the residents.
KAAGAPAY through the conduct of Worship Service every Sunday starting 17 March 2019 and Musical Instruments Tutorial to the residents.
KAAGAPAY in the implementation of
1) Hoops of Hope - through painting of the basketball court and dorm, spot light installation;
2) Think Green - Provision of Vegetable Seeds, Farm Inputs, Environmental Awareness Seminar, Deployment of Trash Bins, Skills Training on T-Shirt Printing, Painting of the Freedom Wall;
3) Got Heart - Medical Mission, Medical Seminar, Medicine Donation, Dental Mission, Education on Dental Care, Distribution of Dental Kits, and Check-up, Personal Hygiene Kit Donation, mental health Awareness, School Supplies Donation, and First Aid Kit Donation, Haircut;
4) Peace is Possible; Kwentuhan with Mamang Pulis, and Kamayan with Mamang Pulis.
The DEGMNHS shall conduct modular classes for CICL residents enrolled in their Open High School Program; the DEGMNS faculties shall render time, free of charge in teaching CICL residents at the DSWD-RRCY who are enrolled in the program; the DEGMNHS assigned or In-charge of the Open High School Program shall visit he DSWD-RRCY to conduct modular classes; the DSWD-RRCY and the DEGMNHS shall conduct classes in a classroom type procedure subject to the existing curriculum, guidelines and policies, teaching procedure, of the DepEd.
