Transition planning is part of the IEP process and begins typically around the age of 14. Transitions goals are developed within the following three areas:
Higher Education or Training
Employment
Independent Living Skills
Additionally, we will begin to connect you with outside agency support that can assist families with resources in the community during high school as well as post graduation.
