Oh, No! No Snacks Anchor Chart

Why do People work?

Entry Event: On Monday, March 18th, we came back from the weekend only to discover all of our snacks were missing! Our class needed to problem solve ways to get our snack. The students came up with this list. Mr. Hughes and another student went to ask Ms. Canon (our librarian) could they work in the library to earn money to buy snacks. Ms. Canon said yes and gave us jobs ( straightening bookshelves, dusting tables and computers, cleaning tables/chairs) to do . When they finished, she paid the students. Problem solved! The money was counted and the students gave the money to Mr. Hughes to buy snacks!
