Stained Glass Project

For my final in geometry, I designed a stained glass Christmas tree. I was inspired to make that since it's almost Christmas and there are many different shapes that I could incorporate into the painting. We incorporated color, shape, and texture into our painting. We created texture by quickly pressing the brush up and down. I can relate this project to what we're learning in class because we had to find proofs of triangles and parallelograms, which we've been learning. We measured the sides and angles of parallelograms to make proofs.

Hallway Immersive experience

For our 9th grade immersive experience I created 3 digital art pieces based around water and the purposes of water. I made one piece with water droplets showing different ways water is used. My second piece shows different terrains and how water is incorporated into those settings. My last piece is an underwater drawing of fish and coral. I am most proud of the raindrop drawing. If I had more time, I would've added more texture and depth to the underwater drawing.
