Proyecto de heroes

En esta actividad, yo presenté un presentacion sobre el jugador de futbol, Lionel Messi. Trabajé con un otro estudiante, Josiah Rich. Nosotros aprendemos mucho sobre Messi y su trabajo. Tuvimos que hablar sin leer del presentacion. A veces, mi compañero no llega a escuela, entonces necesitaba trabajar sola. Fue un desafío porque no pudimos trabajar juntos. Concluimos que Messi es un heroe en vida real.

In this activity, I did a presentation about the soccer player, Lionel Messi. I worked with another student, Josiah Rich. We learned a lot about Messi and his career. We had to speak without reading off of our presentation. Sometimes, my partner wouldn't come to school, so I had to work by myself. It was a challenge, because we didn't have the chance to work together. We concluded that Messi is a real hero.

Proyecto de entrevista

En esta asignacion, me entreviste a mi abuela para aprender sobre su vida cuando era una adolescente. Me pregunté diez preguntas en ingles, y me traduce a español. Me aprende much o sobre mi abuela y su vida cuando era una niña. Un desafio fue pensar sobre tantos preguntas. Me uso mucho vocabulario en el tenso pasado porque estaba hablando por los 1940's. Fue un proyecto muy divertido para mi porque yo pasé tiempo con mi abuela.

Translation: For this assignment, I interviewed my grandmother to learn about her life when she was a teenager. I asked her ten questions in english, then I translated them to spanish. I learned a lot about my grandmother and her childhood. A challenge I had was thinking of all the questions. I used a lot of vocabulary in the past tense because I was talking about the 1940's. It was a very fun project for me because I got to spend time with my grandmother.
