In this project, we were instructed to create an image collage with images from a specific empowerment movemet. I chose the Asian American Movement to make my collage. The Asian American Movement gained popularity around the 1970s, while racism and social injustice against Asians was very prominent at the time. Many different Asian communities came together to advocate for fair housing, equal labor rights, and representation in politics. This movement led to future activism and solidarity within diverse Asian communities.

I created a One Pager to describe all aspects of period four from our AP course. This period includes any events from the time period of 1800 to 1848. I chose to display this time period because it was the one I was least familiar with and I wanted to inform myself more on the events over this time period.
