Newtons Rocket
To build the rocket we taped three straws to the bottom half of an empty water bottle. Then we poured vinegar into the bottle and put baking soda on one ply sheet of toilet paper to later put in the rocket. Elements of art apply to this because of the shape of the water bottle and the colors of the straws. Elements of design were incorporated by testing the rocket after we built it. The rocket applies to Newton's third law because for whatever action there's an opposite reaction and in this case, the gas created by the baking soda and vinegar mixture was suppose to push the rocket up. Unfortunately, our rocket fell to the side but still exploded.
