In class we built our robot and coded it to move. This is a video of my robot moving. Then I made sure all of my wires had label's on it. This is my saved code on get hub https://github.com/Austinsmi/Robot12.git .
We connected our servos to Gp 2 and 3 . Then we connected the power cords both to vsys. Then we conneceted the brwn wire to gnd. We named the two diffrent motors and the tr and tw wich are the names of our servos.
Me and my partner made a device that is able to discern the different colors .We used a color sensor like a r G B to help our program to better be able to tell nt cooras a part from each other.
Me and my partner used two different rotating dist of cardboard that allowed for us to better be able only allow one skittle to pass throuhg the hole in our canpartment to scan the skittles.
In Engineering class our next goal was to properly design ad make the Flippers for our pinball machine. One Of the requirements is that the ball must reach the top of the machine. During this process we used two Drive shafts as well as to solenoids. We used different digitally fabricated pars for our design. The first being The flipper head witch are the main parts of the game that you see in everyday games. The second part that was my mount that was underneath my design this part was used to reduce the amount of tilt in the design to better allow for all the flippers to transfer the most possible power to the ball.
