The Guernica project was created to raise awareness about global conflict and encourage people to think about the impact of war and violence. During this project, my group members and I researched different topics and conflicts happening around the world. This helped us better understand how these issues affect people and communities.
For my part of the project, I worked on the top section of the picture, which depicts an explosion or “bang.” This part was important because it represents the sudden destruction and chaos that conflict can cause. I focused on making this section powerful and meaningful so that it would clearly show the impact of violence.
Artist Statement
Eco trafficking is a massive problem in Latin america and across the globe. There are many people that are effected by trafficking of animals and other wildlife. Me and my partner learned more about the different things that Affect wildlife trafficking across the world and nations. We did this to help better inform people about the different affects that happen for the ecosystem and the economy
Durante este período de tiempo en muchos países diferentes se han enfrentado al problema del tráfico ecológico. El tráfico ecológico ha sido un problema durante un tiempo. Cada año, el número de animales traficados desde diferentes países ha aumentado rápidamente.Ha generado enormes cantidades de dinero para las personas que trafican con animales, pero daña irreparablemente el ecosistema y daña a los animales.
