This is a poster created to highlight a major innovation of the 1800s: the T-Rail. The T-Rail allowed for faster and safer transportation of goods across the United States.

We created this poster to better understand the various events and innovations that transformed the 1800s in different ways, showing how technology impacted society and daily life during that time.

Throughout history, black activists have played a pivotal role in shaping the fight for justice and equality. Figures like Harriet Tubman, Frederick Douglass and Rosa Parkshave The 1900s were a transformative era in the struggle for Black equality marked by systemic racism and segregation but also by groundbreaking activism. The century began under the shadow of Jim Crow laws, which institutionalized racial segregation in the United States but ended with significant progress toward racial equality.
