Solfigietto by C.P.E. Bach

FAST and moves around quite a bit. About the speed of my typing and then some. Mom come pick me up I'm scared. I'm sure its easier in an ensemble context but my god. Much more reasonable pace in the actual harp arrangement, more pauses and listening to other part (duh but whatever). I love how the parts sort of dance around each other in these kinda syncopated rhythms, really brings out the bass to have it on a separate part.

Go Tell it on the Mountain

Evil. Way too many complicated rhythms and notes. I like the song originally but I am anticipating to hate this song after this. The time signature is actually diabolical. Who plays in 12/8 except for crazy people? I will admit it sounds nice but the music looks terrifying. If there is goodwill in the universe, the piece will be canceled or shortened. It is pretty sweet I guess.
