What does it mean to volunteer?  Why would Drew require you volunteer for 100 hours during your high school career?  

Volunteering is all about lending a hand and giving your time to help others without expecting anything in return. It’s a way to make a positive impact on your community and the world around you.

Drew probably requires 100 hours of volunteering to encourage students to get involved and learn the importance of giving back. It’s a chance to develop empathy, gain real-world experience, and make a difference, all while building valuable skills and connections. Plus, it shows colleges that you’re committed to something bigger than yourself.
