The Power of Questioning 

Questioning is a powerful tool for unlocking values in institutions. It spurs learning and the exchange of ideas, fuels innovation, improves performance and builds rapport and trust. For some people, questioning comes easily. They have natural curiosity, emotional intelligence, the ability to read people and they have a knack for putting appropriate questions on the tip of their tongue. But most of us don’t ask enough questions nor do we pose our inquiries optimally.

The good news is that by asking questions, we naturally improve our emotional intelligence, which in turn makes us better questioners—a virtuous cycle. Students of Grade VI and Grade VII came armed with a list of questions for our Principal Madam. She was more than eager to answer these questions. She also had some questions for the students. Both these sessions had some interesting and power-packed tête-à-tête
