Prior Knowledge

Students should have letter recognition skills. This unit has been designed so that students with a little prior knowledge can develop their reading skills.

Learning Intentions

In this lesson you will:

  • learn words used when at the hospital,

  • recognise signs used in the hospital and

  • become familiar with commonly used words at the hospital
