Benchmark Workforce Management System is a web based application, developed by referring existing web application Docme WFM . This application enables the user to automate Employee Management, Leave Management, Punch Management and Punch Compilation processes. Benchmark WFM includes various features like leave application, assign duty, assign leave, employee punch, my punch, punch summary, approval pages etc.. to manage punch and leave details of employees. In addition to this, user can set hierarchy for employees, list the employee details and generate reports of the leave and punch data .

GETTING STARTED

To get started, you need to login to the web application. For this, open a Browser and launch the URL provided to you. By doing so you shall find the following login screen.

Enter the Username and Password, provided by the administrator for logging in to the application.

Note: The username shall be your contact email address. You cannot change it. The username and password fields are case sensitive.

On successful login, the user shall find a User Dashboard which contains information of the user. Based on the level of user, content in the dashboard may vary.

Logging Out of WFM: To log out from the WFM, choose Log out in the top right corner of the page.

Work Force Management web application includes the following modules/functionalities.

1. Payroll : Payroll module includes the basic settings and hierarchy settings .

2. Leave : Leave module comprises the leave process of employees including leave application, assigning leave and assigning duty to employees.

3. Punch : Punch module comprises the punch details of the user, and the employees who comes under the user and the punch summary of those employees for a particular period.

4. Approval : Approval module includes the approval screens such as Employee verify and confirm, Assign Duty Approval, Leave Approval, Leave Cancel Approval, Punch Approval and Compile Punch.

5. Salary: The salary deduction details of the employee will be displayed.

6. Reports : Report module includes leave reports and punch reports

7. Other Features : Additional pages like hierarchy list and loan application is included.

Google Login:

User can login to the application by providing their registered Gmail account, which is linked with the Benchmark WFM application.
