◢ Expansion of the Urgent Approvals SS Category
Non-executive branches' postings that are legislative in nature are now under the SS category. Statutory or constitutionally required activities (i.e., LA sessions, postings of bills) no longer require pre-activity processing.
◢ ARC Codes in the DTS
ARC Codes are now immediately visible in the units' respective DTS under the ARC tab instead of a separate database.
◢ Penalties in the DTS
All applicable information, including the total demerits, penalty applied, penalized activity, and justification status, is now visible for transparency.
◢ GOSM Under DAAM UMT
Formerly handled by OVPIA, the GOSM is now fully supervised by DAAM under the new UMT committee.
◢ Increased Total Points for Penalty
To incur a penalty, the total points needed for all warnings and bans are increased by 4 demerit points.
◢ Status Update Emails
Status updates regarding requests will be emailed to the requestor and officers in charge. In line with this, all VCs and AVCs of each committee are also automatically notified of new requests via email.
◢ Updated Operations Manual
The new DAAM Operations Manual for AY 2025-2026 include all updated templates for processing documents.
◢ DAAM Facebook Page
The official Facebook page of DAAM will be used to announce pertinent deadlines as a reminder to units for submission.
◢ Telegram System
The new TG system allows comments on messages to prevent concerns from being overlooked and buried among other concerns.
◢ POW Structure
The POW will undergo a structural revision to prevent officers from experiencing fatigue due to extended workshop durations. The revised structure will focus on locating relevant documents, correctly filling them, and other essential reminders.

Video guides on how to fill out document requirements will be made available in the Operations Drive, including the POW guides.
