The P&M team is responsible for reviewing and approving publicity materials for all USG units, ensuring they adhere to the university standards and guidelines. The committee addresses inquiries from USG units regarding the rules and guidelines of USG-DAAM & SLIFE (Office of Student Life) regarding publicity materials.
◢ What publications are involved?
All the publications the USG is planning to post must go through the P&M committee for approval.
◢ Why be part of P&M?
View the USG publicity materials early, prior to posting. This includes events-related publications, suspension publications, and other student service publications disseminated to the student body.
◢ A glimpse of what to expect:
1. Screen all publications by USG units;
2. See the creative efforts of units on their publication designs; and
3. Respond to posting requests in real-time.
