The UMT, formerly under the USG Office of the Vice President for Internal Affairs (OVPIA), is in charge of monitoring all the activities implemented by the college and the government units. The activities must be consistent with their Goals, Objectives, Strategies, and Measures (GOSM).
◢ What are GOSMs?
The GOSM Sheets is a comprehensive document that compiles all the proposed activities of the unit for the term. It aims to give readers a brief overview of a certain student government unit’s proposed activities for the term.
◢ Why be part of UMT?
Be exposed to diverse student-led initiatives and play a key role in upholding the quality of USG-led projects, help facilitate and panel defense sessions, review proposals, monitor project implementation, and handle documentation.
◢ A glimpse of what to expect:
1. Create GOSM sheet trackers;
2. Work with all USG units regarding the GOSM sheets;
3. Lead the defense proper;
4. Provide project suggestions;
5. Create monitoring reports.
