The SCT is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely processing of Special Approval Slips (SAS) and Term End Reports (TER) within the DAAM.
◢ What are SAS Slips and Term-End Reports?
Special Approval Slips (SASs) are filed in cases of activity cancellation or changes in activity details after approval. The Term End Report (TER) is the documentation of all activities, projects, and partnerships by a USG unit to evaluate compliance with procedures, measure unit performance, and maintain a record of the GOSM implementation.
◢ Why be part of SCT?
Check and approve the SAS documents of all USG units submitted to DAAM. Additionally, through the TERs as part of clearances, you may view and screen the list of all projects done and envisioned by the USG for the student body.
