The IOC team manages human resources and internal documentations of the organization. This committee is in-charge with maintaining and fostering the wholeness of the organization by initiating social events (e.g. general assemblies and team building activities). The team is also responsible for the publicity and branding of the organization through the creation of necessary publicity materials for recruitment, and event announcements.
◢ What are the branches under IOC?
The Internal Affairs (IOC-IA) branch plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination within the department. IOC-IA organizes internal events, maintaining a positive and collaborative environment across all committees.
The Creatives branch (IOC-CREA) creates publication materials, including Facebook posts, primers, presentation slides, and merchandise designing. IOC-CREA serves a vital role in creating the branding and designs which will reflect the identity of the organization to the public eye.
