The APS team is responsible for reviewing and approving the pre-activity requirements of all USG units for all activities that fall under DLSU USG DAAM’s authority.
◢ What are pre-acts?
The pre-activity requirements are documents mandated by the University to be approved prior to the implementation of a project or activity.
◢ Why be part of APS?
Screen and approve USG units’ pre-activity documents and get an early sneak peek at all upcoming University events.
◢ A glimpse of what to expect:
1. Screen Activity Forms and Project Proposal Reports;
2. Work with the USG Office of the Executive Treasurer (OTREAS) on requests with finances;
3. Learn how to process activities under APS and the SLIFE office; and
4. Know all USG activities prior to implementation.
