The De La Salle University - University Student Government - Department of Activity Approval and Monitoring (DLSU USG DAAM) is an executive department under the Office of the President (OPRES) that approves and monitors initiatives of the different government units. In collaboration with the student government body, the department ensures all activities are in harmony with the principles and standards of the University Student Government and the Lasallian Identity.
We, entrusted with the processing, screening, and approving projects initiated by the USG, strive to uphold the standards and values of the university while fostering an environment of innovation, leadership, and inclusivity. Through meticulous evaluation and guidance, we aim to ensure that all projects undertaken by the student body align with the principles and goals of the institution, ultimately enriching the academic experience and welfare of the university community.

UMT monitors activities implemented by all USG units and ensures that they are consistent with their GOSMs.
APS reviews and approves the pre-activity requirements of all USG units for activities applied through DAAM APS.
SCT reviews the Special Approval Slips (SAS) of the USG units and screens clearances of the USG.
MST reviews and ensures that the Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) of USG units stick to the standards university guidelines.
P&M approves publicity materials and ensures that they follow the established guidelines.
AET evaluates the consistency of all the USG units’ pre-activity requirements with the actual events as well as assess their quality.
ADM reviews and approves post-activity requirements of USG units for activities applied through either DAAM or SLIFE.
IOC is tasked with internal documentations and activities, human resource management and the publicity of the organization.
